For stress or Anxiety, a daily dose of 2-5 ml of Brahmi oil, 2-5 gms of paste or 300mg as pills or supplements would do miracles. I adjust dosage to my patients based on the intensity of the memory problems. My observations revealed that Bacopa monnieri boosts intellectual capacity by analyzing the mind, and relieving the underlying pathology.
