Reduce the amount of calories and increase exercise level.

Avoid eating red meat or eat it sparingly.

Always drink lukewarm water. It increases metabolism.

Avoid smoking and excessive intake of alcohol.

Use only a limited amount of dairy products, as they are rich in calories.

Drink Ginger tea 2 to 3 times a day.  Also, chew a thin slice of fresh ginger every day. It can also help with blood sugar.

Eat Green mint everyday, it is also helpful for weight loss.

Include lots of fresh fruits and green vegetables in diet. Use the fruits and vegetables that are low caloried like Cauliflower, Cabbage, Broccoli, Cucumber, Bananas and Spinach.
